How to read your Annual Notice of Change. This is an educational session, 45–60 minutes. Dates and format (in person or Zoom) will be posted here. It is general education, not a presentation of a named plan. If you want a plan review after the session, we will collect the required paperwork first. Annual Enrollment for 2027 coverage is October 15 through December 7.
